By using Jutoka AI (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Service Description

Jutoka AI provides AI-powered tools for music mixing, video generation, thumbnail design, and social media content creation. The Service is accessible at jutoka.online.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription tiers: Starter ($9.99/month), Pro ($29.99/month), and Ultimate ($99.99/month). Each plan includes different credit allocations and feature access. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service to create copyrighted, illegal, or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute AI-generated content as raw assets without transformation
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated bots to abuse rate limits or credit systems

5. AI-Generated Content Ownership

Content you generate using Jutoka AI belongs to you for commercial and personal use, subject to the terms of our AI providers. Jutoka retains no ownership claim over your generated content.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may cause temporary downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Jutoka AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
